What We Do
At The Scribe’s Institute, we believe in providing holistic support to help children succeed in life. Our vision is to create a bridge between young learners’ interests and careers in STEAM, Writing, and Foreign Languages. Here are some of the key initiatives that showcase how we are making a difference:
Young Scribes Literary Program (YSLP)
- Our flagship program, the YSLP, runs for five consecutive weeks on Saturdays at the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts High School.
- Students engage in physical activities, foreign language training (including upcoming Arabic and Dutch courses), and exposure to STEAM fields through partnerships with industry leaders.
- Our dedicated language instructor, Mr. Richard de Meij, offers top-notch Spanish language instruction, enhancing our students’ linguistic skills.
Community Forums and Discussions
-
We host engaging community forums on education and relevant topics to nurture our children’s growth and development.
-
Recent symposiums like “The Gift of Languages” and “Saving Our Sons & Daughters” aim to address critical issues and drive positive change.
